Gene Meyers has recently completed helping me select and

purchase a new high-definition TV and credenza for my sunroom.

He then delivered and installed both pieces and I couldn't be

happier.  He worked diligently to insure that all aspects of the

installation were perfect, including fussing with the furniture

until all the doors and drawers were more perfectly aligned. 

He was very responsive and his final bill was in alignment with

his estimate.  I feel comfortable that I can call him with any

follow-up issues.

We recently called Gene about installing a home

theater system in our pool house.  We built the

pool house several years ago and had used it for

just that, a pool house.  We told Gene that it was

our dream to convert our pool house to a pub/home

theater and how much we wanted to spend for this

project.  He immediately went to work.  He made

I recently had Gene mount flat screen

TV's in both our family room and master

bedroom.  The quality of work was excellent

and exceeded our expectations.  The TV's

were flush-mounted against the wall, all wires

were buried behind the wall, and he rewired

the stereo to increase the sound quality coming

from all components (Radio, CD, DVD, VCR

and TV).  He completed the work as scheduled

and on budget.  I will use Gene again in the

future and would highly recommend him to

anyone in need of specialized audio/video

services.

During the 2004/2005 time frame, we built a

custom home at 200 Oriole Place in Crestview, Fla.

We selected Gene Meyers A/V Services of

Tallahassee to design and install a whole-house

audio/video system with ten (10) zones.  New home

audio pre-wiring work during the construction cycle

was coordinated by Gene with our builder.  We

selected Gene for this job after viewing and being

impressed by a whole-house audio and home theater

system he designed and built in Tallahassee, Fla.

We have been extremely pleased with the

professionalism in designing, installing, customer

training, and the post system support exhibited

by Mr. Meyers.  We are also greatly impressed by

the high quality of the equipment utilized

in the system.

On New Years Eve 2006 our house suffered a

direct lightning strike.  Our electric company

installed a whole house surge system which

was completed obliterated.  Electric breakers,

transformers, wiring, garage door openers, home

security system, water heaters, clothes dryer,

lawn sprinkler system, and TV's all realized

total loss or various degrees of damage. 

The Surge Protector Gene installed was the

only surge device that protected its assigned

equipment.  He had the sound system fully

operational after replacing the sacrificial

surge device and evaluating the entire system.  

His efforts were invaluable.

components, including some he had not

originally installed.  This is the type of service
